Shipping: The shipping charge within the United States is 10% of the order, with a minimum charge of $9.95. We try to ship your package out within 1 day after receiving your order, or we will notify you if we anticipate any delays in your shipment. We normally ship smaller items by post office priority mail, and larger items by UPS. The post office usually delivers priority mail packages within 3 business days of the ship date, although the post office does not guarantee delivery within this timeframe for priority mail. If you need 2 day, guaranteed delivery, please call us for shipping costs.
Taxes: Sales tax is 2.9% on items shipped within Colorado.
International Shipping: For shipping up to 4 average sized, average priced buckles for countries that use post office global priority mail we will use the actual price charged by the post office for the country and package weight, for a small flat rate priority mail box. Insurance is NOT included in this price. The buckles must fit in a small flat rate priority mail international box. If anything other than this is being shipped, or your product won't fit in this type of box, the price shown on your order is invalid. Also, if the items being shipped are higher priced, we may be unwilling to ship the item to you unless it is insured. In this case, we will email you and verify if you are willing to pay the additional insurance cost - otherwise we will not ship to you. We will email you with the revised shipping costs once your order is placed, to see if you still want to continue with your order.The customer is also responsible for any additional customs/taxes or payments if applicable, upon the package entering your country, in order for the package to be delivered. We accept no responsibility for tracking shipments and no responsibility for lost shipments to countries outside of the United States.
For International Orders, we will only ship to the billing address of the credit card holder (the credit card billing address and shipping address must be the same). For shipping costs on items other than buckles, please email us to find out shipping costs.
If the United States does not ship by global priority mail to the country or if we are unable to validate a billing/shipping address, then international orders must be pre-paid by a money order drawn on US funds. We accept no responsibility for lost shipments within these countries.
