We actually have an extremely low return rate, which we thinks speaks to the quality and service of our products and store! However, in the event you do need to return an item, we try to make it "hassle free". An item may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of ship date. Simply mail or bring the item back to us, letting us know which item you would like to exchange for (or if you need a refund). We always appreciate a note as to why you are returning or exchanging the item. Our address is:

The following conditions apply to refunds/exchanges:
1. An item may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of our ship date to you.
2. Item must be in new/unused condition with all original tags and packaging
3. NO COD's accepted
4. No returns on Custom orders
5. Shipping costs are not refundable (unless, of course, there was an error on behalf of Buckles of Estes).
6. Customers are responsible for shipping charges on exchanges.
7. Items are refunded to the same credit card with which the order was originally placed. (Or, if the item was paid for by check, we will mail you a refund).
